This policy explains what information Upresoft ("we", "us") collects when you visit this website or get in touch with us, and what we do with it. We are a software studio based in Surabaya, Indonesia. You can reach us at hello@upresoft.com.
The short version: this website has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us by email, plus basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider.
What we collect
- When you email us. Your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write to us, including any files you attach. This covers project enquiries and requests to join the pixel world waitlist.
- When you visit the site. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Content from other services
Some parts of this page are loaded directly from other companies:
- GitHub provides the profile pictures in the Team section.
- Google Maps provides the map in the Contact section. It only loads when you scroll near it.
When your browser loads this content, those providers receive your IP address and browser details and handle them under their own policies: the GitHub Privacy Statement and the Google Privacy Policy.
How we use your information
- To reply to you and discuss a possible project.
- To let you know when the pixel world is ready, if you asked us to.
- To keep the website running and secure.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising. If we work together, the details of the project are covered by our agreement with you.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as the conversation or project needs them, and longer only where the law requires it, for example for tax records. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your rights
Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi) you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data or stop using it;
- withdraw consent you gave earlier, such as for the waitlist.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to the emails we receive to the people working on your request. No method of sending or storing data is completely secure, so please don't email passwords or other sensitive credentials.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
