What this website is
This site introduces Upresoft: how we work, what we have built and how to reach us. It is for information only. Nothing on it is an offer to enter into a contract.
Projects are agreed separately
If we work together, the scope, price, timeline, ownership of the work and other details are set out in a separate written agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
The pixel world preview
The "Run your company on a virtual pixel world" section shows a product that is still in development. The interface, the conversation and the data shown are illustrations. Features, availability and pricing may change or never be released. Joining the waitlist does not create an obligation for you or for us.
Our content
The text, design, graphics and the Upresoft name and logo on this site belong to Upresoft. You may share links to the site and quote small parts with attribution, but you may not copy the site or reuse our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you. Names of client projects and third-party products belong to their respective owners.
Using the site
Please don't:
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
- scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others;
- use the site, or our contact address, for anything unlawful or to send spam.
Links to other websites
The site links to services we don't control, such as GitHub and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.
No warranties
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that it will always be online, error-free or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Upresoft is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that we can't resolve together will be handled by the competent court in Surabaya.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
